Billing Questions
What kind of payments do you accept?
We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard) AMEX for monthly accounts, and checks or money orders on annual accounts.
How often am I billed?
Your credit card will be charged on the billing day that you signed up on a monthly basis.
What happens if my credit card is cancelled or stolen?
It is your responsibility to update your credit card information or contact us so we can update it securely for you.
What is your policy on disconnecting accounts with late/no payments?
We do NOT automatically disconnect accounts who fail to pay a late or no payment on their account. On failure to receive payment on due date, Megabite Design Inc. will send a late payment notification, and 10 days thereafter. Failure to respond or properly pay due amount within a 30 day period of amounts due will result in deactivation of your hosting account. |
